Nanolex Si3D Trim Application Manual

Safety Precautions: Before using any Nanolex Car Care products, please ensure you are wearing the appropriate protective gear.

Optimal Working Conditions:

Temperature: 5 - 25°C (41 - 77°F)
Humidity: 30-90%
Work in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
1. Cleaning: Nanolex Si3D Trim can be applied directly to all exterior plastic trims and hard plastics. Ensure the surfaces are completely dry and free from any contaminants, dust, or residues. If the surface has been treated or cleaned with any products prior to the application, make sure all residues are fully removed. We recommend cleaning the trim with Nanolex PreWash Concentrate, followed by Nanolex EX, to ensure all oils, fillers, and other contaminants are thoroughly eliminated. Utilize Nanolex microfiber towels for cleaning, and frequently change or turn the cloth to maintain effectiveness.

2. Application:

Dispense 8-10 drops of Nanolex Si3D Trim onto a microfiber applicator cloth.
Apply the product evenly in crisscross motions, ensuring all areas are covered without applying excessive pressure.
Once the product is evenly distributed, allow it to flash off.
After a minimum of 15 minutes, gently buff off any residue with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid applying pressure; a gentle touch is sufficient.
3. Drying/Curing:

Allow Nanolex Si3D Trim to cure on the surface for a minimum of 1 hour at an ambient temperature of 20°C (68°F) and a minimum air humidity of 30%. Ensure the area is well-ventilated and not air-conditioned during this time.
Avoid any contact with water on the treated trim surfaces during the curing period.
